New Season is a church that will continue to grow week after week.
If you wanted, you could slip in and out each weekend, and never connect with the heart of our church.
However, we believe You Can’t Live Life Alone, and that life change happens not just in rows, but also in circles.
Therefore, we’ve designed our Groups to help a growing church feel more community oriented.
When you join a Group, you have the opportunity to build lasting relationships, study God’s word,
pray for one another, and apply Biblical principles to the challenges we face in daily life.

Life Groups

We believe you can't do life alone.  Relationships are essential, and Life Groups is the place one can build relationships and grow in their faith and relationship with God.
We want people to connect in relationships with others.
Encounter God through prayer, study of His Word, and iron sharpening iron.
An encounter with God leads to growth and transformation.
Transformation leads to going and telling others about what God is doing in your life, leading to reaching others and growing in number toward multiplication into new groups.   Click on the picture above to find out more!

We believe that changed people grow! We don’t want you to stay the same, we want to help you grow in your walk with Jesus. DEC Groups meet on Wednesday nights at 6:30pm, providing short term studies for personal development and equipping to live out your faith in a world that needs Jesus.

We’re glad you’re interested in becoming a Group leader!
Groups are an integral part of what we do as a church. We believe that sustained life change occurs as we are growing in a relationship with Christ. We believe this happens best when we are prioritizing intentional relationships with others who are seeking this same goal. Groups provide people with the opportunity to connect with others, grow in their relationship with Christ, and experience community. Our Group leaders create environments for people to develop and grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
Paul taught the Corinthians that some plant the seeds, others water them, but God makes them grow (1 Corinthians 3:6). Group leaders have the privilege of creating environments in which seeds of faith are planted and watered in the lives of those they lead, while trusting God with the growth. Our leaders play a pivotal role in helping us achieve our mission to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ!
Since our Group leaders play such an important role, we take great care when enlisting them. Please read through the information below to better understand the role of a leader, qualifications, and expectations. If, after consideration, you are interested in pursuing Group leadership, please follow the instructions below to complete the Group Leader Application. Once we receive your application, we will contact you for an interview. Should you have questions regarding any of the following information, please email us at
