New Season is a church that will continue to grow week after week.
If you wanted, you could slip in and out each weekend, and never connect with the heart of our church.
However, we believe You Can’t Live Life Alone, and that life change happens not just in rows, but also in circles.
Therefore, we’ve designed our Groups to help a growing church feel more community oriented.
When you join a Group, you have the opportunity to build lasting relationships, study God’s word,
pray for one another, and apply Biblical principles to the challenges we face in daily life.

HOW WE DO GROUPS

Life Groups

We believe you can’t do life alone. We all need people around us to encourage us, walk with us, and help us grow in our relationship with God.
That’s what Life Groups are all about.
We want people to connect with others and build real relationships. As we spend time together, pray together, study God’s Word, and encourage one another, we encounter God and grow in our faith.
And when God is working in our lives, it changes us. That transformation naturally leads us to go and share with others what God is doing.
As more people connect and grow, our groups grow too—eventually multiplying so even more people can experience life together.
Because life is better when we don’t do it alone.

DEC GROUPS

We believe that changed people grow! We don’t want you to stay the same, we want to help you grow in your walk with Jesus. DEC Groups meet on Wednesday nights at 6:30pm, providing short term studies for personal development and equipping to live out your faith in a world that needs Jesus.
Our Summer DEC Groups will launch on August 26th!

We’re glad you’re interested in becoming a Group leader!
Groups are an integral part of what we do as a church. We believe that sustained life change occurs as we are growing in a relationship with Christ. We believe this happens best when we are prioritizing intentional relationships with others who are seeking this same goal. Groups provide people with the opportunity to connect with others, grow in their relationship with Christ, and experience community. Our Group leaders create environments for people to develop and grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
Paul taught the Corinthians that some plant the seeds, others water them, but God makes them grow (1 Corinthians 3:6). Group leaders have the privilege of creating environments in which seeds of faith are planted and watered in the lives of those they lead, while trusting God with the growth. Our leaders play a pivotal role in helping us achieve our mission to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ!
Since our Group leaders play such an important role, we take great care when enlisting them. Please read through the information below to better understand the role of a leader, qualifications, and expectations. If, after consideration, you are interested in pursuing Group leadership, please follow the instructions below to complete the Group Leader Application. Once we receive your application, we will contact you for an interview. Should you have questions regarding any of the following information, please email us at  groups@newseason.cc.
