WE ARE NO LONGER REQUIRING PRE-REGISTRATION FOR ADULTS

As we enter into phase 2 of our Post COVID Re-opening of the church facilities we are excited to be welcoming back our preschool and elementary school ministries.  Much preparation has gone into making our spaces clean, sanitized, safe, spacious and of course super fun for our kids.  Below we are outlining some of the changes and procedures that you will need to know as you bring your kids back to church and they get back involved in their specific ministries.  If you have any questions at all please contact our PreSchool Director, April Gunter or our Kids Pastor, Stephen Zirpoli and they will be glad to assist.

April can be reached at april@newseason.cc

Stephen can be reached at stephen@newseaon.cc

Due to the limited space and desire to keep our environments safe and socially distanced, we are asking that you pre-register below your kids for the service you wish to attend.  Due to the limitations, space will be available for those who pre-register.  Once all space has been filled your children will have to stay with you in the service.

During Phase II, all NSC Kids (0-K5) will have guidelines for meeting in person. (Please see details above)

Students (Grades 6-12) will also begin meeting in person. Details on that plan can be found here.

Your child (birth – 5th grade) can also join you in the worship center for a family-friendly experience. Here are some helpful tips to make it a great time for them:

1. Click here to download coloring sheets for your little ones that you can print at home!

2. Bring a tablet or mobile device and a pair of headphones – during the experience your child can visit NSC Kids on Youtube and watch this weekend’s Bible lesson.

We must also stress, if you are sick, or are an at risk individual (or have one at home) PLEASE watch online in your home. We want to keep everyone safe and healthy as we transition back to in-person services.

All serve teams will be called back to action during Phase III of the plan. This is to minimize contact between everyone.

Stay in contact with your serve team lead as new info is released.

1. In accordance with CDC guidelines, we request that all people stay 6ft apart throughout the whole experience.

2. In order to create a spacious environment, we will have limited seating with adequate spacing in our Worship Center.

When you arrive, please remain in your car momentarily and we will guide you through a contactless experience. Our team will direct each of your steps seamlessly from your car seat directly to your worship center seat. At all times we will assist you in maintaining a 6-foot safe distance as you move through and sit in the environment.

We are taking every step of precaution as prescribed by the CDC to ensure that New Season Church is safe, secure and spacious for your family.

1. Every chair will be sanitized prior to and between each worship experience in accordance with CDC guidelines.

2. We encourage all attendees over the age of 65 or those who have a compromised immune system to worship online with us online.
