Q: WHAT IS THE COST OF BIG STUF?
A: THE SOONER YOU SIGN UP FOR BIG STUF, THE LOWER THE COST! EARLY BIRD PRICING IS $425, REGULAR REGISTRATION IS $475.

A: EARLY BIRD PRICING ENDS FEBRUARY 28TH. ON MARCH 1ST, REGULAR REGISTRATION WILL begin.
Q: WHEN DOES REGISTRATION END?
A: REGISTRATION ENDS MARCH 31ST. AFTER THAT, YOU WILL BE PLACED ON A WAITING LIST IN CASE ANYONE DROPS OUT. SPACE IS LIMITED! MAKE SURE YOU SIGN UP SOONER RATHER THAN LATER SO THAT YOUR STUDENT CAN GO ON THIS TRIP!
q: what does the cost of registration cover?
a: registration covers hotel, transportation, conference and all meals except for lunch on the way there/back.

A: RISING 6TH GRADERS ALL THE WAY UP TO GRADUATED SENIORS!
can my student bring a friend to big stuf?
a: yes!!! all friends are welcome, in fact, they're encouraged!!!
Q: DO YOU NEED ANY LEADERS?
A: WE ALWAYS need leaders! we will be giving our leader spots to those who are already serving within vertical. if you'd like to sign up to be a chaperone in case we don't have enough leaders, you are welcome to do so below.

A: IT'S SUPER EASY! JUST CLICK THE REGISTER BUTTON BELOW. YOU'LL BE REQUIRED TO LOCK IN YOUR SPOT WITH A $50 DEPOSIT.
Q: OKAY, WHAT'S THE FINE PRINT HERE?
A: ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. IF YOU NEED TO DROP YOUR SPOT FOR WHATEVER REASON BEFORE APRIL 1ST, YOU'LL ONLY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE $50 DEPOSIT.
Q: WHAT IF I NEED TO WITHDRAW AFTER APRIL 1ST?
A: SPOTS DROPPED AFTER APRIL 1ST AND NOT FILLED BY WAITING LIST OR OTHER PERSONS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL AMOUNTOF REGISTRATION.
q: will i need to fill anything else out besides registration?
a: yes, there will be an additional waiver to fill out at our parent meeting. the date for the parent meeting is tbd!
q: is there a dress code for big stuf?

q: will there be any fundraisers to help me pay for big stuf?
A: yes! if you would like to participate in fundraisers, please fill out this form to let us know! we will get them organized based on interest.
q: WHEN IS THE FINAL AMOUNT DUE?
A: YOUR CAMP MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY JUNE 1ST. WE SUGGEST MAKING SMALL PAYMENTS ALONG THE WAY TO HELP COVER THE COST.
